Wellington New Zealand Hyatt Hotel

The Park Hyatt Auckland has opened its doors to the public, which most of us will not be able to visit any time soon, because the border with New Zealand is so closed. The $2 billion construction of the new hotel, the first of its kind in the world, is in full swing, with about half of the construction completed and ready to move into.

The other major hotel under construction in Auckland are Holiday Inn Express and EVEN Hotel, which together would have 490 rooms. In Auckland, around 200 rooms will be completed in the first nine months of 2019, with the opening scheduled for 2020. The expansion of the hotel to a smaller hotel is also completed, with a total of 1,000 rooms under construction in and around Auckland, of which about 2,640 rooms. The Park Hyatt New Zealand, a $1.5 billion hotel and restaurant complex, is under construction and is scheduled to open in Sydney in 2019, while the other two major hotels, the Park Hotel Auckland and the New York Hotel in Manhattan, are scheduled to open in Auckland in 2020.

Plans to build the 300-room Horizon Hotel also include the proposed $1.5 billion hotel and restaurant complex in Auckland, with a total of 1,000 rooms.

There are currently 9 hotels in the SEBEL hotel and the first of its managed hotels in New Zealand is opening at the Fairmont. This year, MGallery will welcome its first guests, including the world's largest collection of art galleries, as well as a number of galleries and galleries in Auckland.

The portfolio includes more than 5,000 hotel brands, including hotels in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United States.

Founded in 2003, VR Group is headquartered in Auckland and manages a portfolio of more than 5,000 serviced hotels and apartments in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United States. The portfolio includes Accor Hotels and Resorts, a joint venture of IHG, Marriott, Hilton and Marriott International, Inc., which operates from New York, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas and New Mexico. Under the name "Oaks HotELS Auckland," VR Group operates a number of luxury hotels in the city's CBD in conjunction with Oaks Hotel & Resort and manages apartments for hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and restaurants across a range of residential and commercial properties.
